Built on stuff that doesn't break

Cloudflare Workers + D1 + R2 + Email Sending. The free tier covers thousands of emails per month. Workers Paid ([$5/month](https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/platform/pricing/)) covers any reasonable solo-operator volume. The whole stack runs in your own Cloudflare account — we never hold your data, and you can walk away with it any time.

Common questions

Is Moxia free? +

The product itself is free during the invite-only phase. The backend runs in your own Cloudflare account — Workers Paid is a flat $5/month and covers any reasonable solo-operator volume. We don't charge a subscription right now and we'll give plenty of warning if that changes.

Where does my customer data live? +

Entirely in your own Cloudflare account: D1 (SQLite for metadata), R2 (raw .eml + attachments), KV. We don't hold any of your customer data. If Moxia ever shuts down, you walk away with it.

How long does onboarding a new site take? +

Measured on iloiloka.com / yaderprint.com: DNS + CF Email Sending domain verification + adding the inbox row, end-to-end 8-15 minutes. Way faster than redoing the MX/SPF/DKIM/account/training dance for every new Google Workspace tenant.

Will customers see that I use Moxia? +

No. Replies go out with From: sales@yoursite.com signed by yoursite.com's DKIM key. Gmail does not show "via moxia.com" or any equivalent. Customer-facing experience is indistinguishable from Google Workspace mail.

Is it production-ready? +

How does it compare to Help Scout / Front / Intercom? +

Those are $20-50/month/seat customer-support SaaS aimed at service teams. Moxia is $5/month total (no per-site, no per-seat) — a lightweight inbox for solo operators running multiple cross-border sites. If you need SLAs, team collaboration, or multi-agent assignment, those fit better. If you want unified sales@ across N sites with data ownership, Moxia fits better.
