Plain-English rules for using Moxia.

What this is

Moxia is an email + customer-management tool aimed at cross-border independent site operators. This page (himoxia.com) is a brochure — the actual app lives at mail.himoxia.com, invitation-only.

What this isn't

Not a public SaaS, no signup flow. Not a company, no team, no SLA. It's a tool one operator maintains and shares with people it fits.

What we promise

Best effort uptime (it runs on Cloudflare, scales fine for several sites). Best effort email response. But: no uptime guarantee, no SLA, no enterprise procurement. Your data is yours — when Moxia shuts down you can walk away with it (the D1 sits in your account).

What you should do

Don't use Moxia for illegal stuff — spam, phishing, harassment. Questions: hello@himoxia.com.

Pricing

Free during the invite-only phase. We'll tell you well in advance if that changes. The $5/month Cloudflare Workers Paid bill is yours (resources live in your account).
