Some email clients send replies without the information needed to link them to an earlier message. These replies could previously appear as new inquiries.
Moxia now checks the sender, inbox, subject and recent correspondence for a single matching conversation. A confirmed match keeps the reply in that conversation. Uncertain matches remain separate to avoid combining unrelated mail.
No setup is needed. This applies automatically to incoming mail.
