Administrators first configure and save the site’s products in Settings → Sites → Products and specifications, starting from a hardcover book, packaging, electronic component, or custom template. Fields for another industry can be added without changing page code.
Automatic and on-demand analysis use the same site catalog. Automatic analysis stores extracted facts in the existing customer records. On-demand analysis can still produce a checklist when automatic analysis is off, without enabling automatic follow-up.
Copy the compact specifications with their original units, quantity tiers, and uncertainty. Manual quotation notes appear separately. Review source evidence to correct a field or product classification; older parameters remain available for review after a classification change.
This update does not automatically reprocess historical mail or send customer emails.
