When a task calls for drafting and sending a reply, the Agent first asks you to review the final email. Explicit send authorization allows one attempt within its validity period. Ordinary draft approval still reviews content only.
This first version supports plain-text replies in the current conversation, without CC or attachments. Authorization lasts at most 24 hours. Cancelling a task revokes permission before sending starts; an in-flight email cannot be recalled.
The task separately reports acceptance by the mail service and archiving in the conversation. An uncertain result immediately stops the task for human investigation and never triggers an automatic resend. Once sending is confirmed, a failed archive can be repaired using the archive-only action. Acceptance by the mail service does not confirm delivery to the recipient.
