The inquiry sidebar uses consistent fields for saved customer requirements. Equivalent notation is consolidated while products, samples and alternatives remain separate.
Yader’s basic fields, standard labels and choices use the same catalog as its calculator. Clear customer requirements without a matching choice retain their original wording and show an unmatched-option label for manual pricing. The Agent will not substitute a nearby paper or size, or request clarification solely because the calculator lacks a match.
Current values, pending candidates, seller proposals, history and copied specifications now use the calculator’s complete option labels. Equivalent paper and size notation is normalized without interpreting unspecified black-and-white printing as duplex or hardcover as thread-sewn. Original evidence and review status remain available.
Copy current specifications now includes only the current quotation fields and mentioned finishing for each product or sample. Unresolved fields retain a short notice, without copying folded historical quotes, delivery notes, general correspondence or complete candidate histories.
Explicit revisions linked to earlier records highlight the new value and strike through the old one. Open the history link to review pricing inputs such as size, quantity, pages, paper and binding, with the most recent records first. Every version shows all basic dimensions in a stable order, including missing values. Optional finishing is grouped separately and collapsed when unmentioned, without generating clarification questions. Counts and areas appear for requested finishing; recorded conflicts and changes stay visible. The latest version is expanded; older versions are collapsed, and source messages open directly on click. Repeated confirmations are consolidated and changed values are compared in place. Payment, company credentials and general correspondence remain in the mail and inquiry timelines.
The Agent uses the surrounding correspondence to distinguish a revision from an additional quotation tier or a sample discussion. Clear revisions update older unconfirmed specifications with their source links; unresolved ambiguity remains pending review. Agents cannot overwrite human-confirmed values. Clear custom requirements unsupported by reference pricing retain their original wording for manual pricing.
Click Source on a specification row to open the complete message text directly. For revisions, the same dialog shows both source messages in chronological order, newest first, highlighting the corresponding excerpt in each. Quoted email history is folded unless it contains the evidence. Unmatched excerpts are explicitly flagged. Returning preserves the expanded versions and scroll position.
Formatting an evidence-backed interior page count into a number no longer produces a false revision, such as 212 pages changing to 212. Actual range changes, conflicts and human confirmations remain visible.
History covers up to 400 saved specification records. Historical sheets are reconstructed from saved mail specifications without inventing missing content; unresolved candidates remain separate and cannot overwrite human-confirmed values. Downloadable final quotations are not included in this batch.
HTML-only messages are now readable by the Agent and can supply evidence for later specification updates.
