Add reply materials and prepare form-based reference quotes

Supply information beside a draft for AI redrafting, or finish the email yourself. Complete Yader form specifications can be priced for operator review.

Improved

Reference prices require human confirmation and exclude freight, taxes and duties. Expired prices or changed rules require a new calculation. Material links are not automatically opened or verified; review their content before sending. Also includes fixes for known issues.

Drafting guidance now requires closer evidence checks: unconfirmed capabilities, prices and lead times belong in operator checks, while supported answers and quote conditions are retained. AI can still misread the scope of evidence; operator review is required before sending.

First-inquiry replies focus on a short acknowledgement and essential questions. Internal guidance focuses on outstanding operator actions, reducing repeated questions and recaps of earlier content. Specific follow-ups retain their answers and important conditions; complex drafts and guidance still need operator review.

Operator checks are grouped by the decision needed, while customer payment, our receipt verification and production remain separate. Reference photos or videos no longer directly create formal sample-approval milestones; supported sample progress remains independently tracked.

Technical follow-ups prompt separately for inspection methods and after-sales terms, so a promise to match a sample does not replace an actual checking method. Customer-language and Chinese drafts are prepared in corresponding paragraphs to retain quotation and remedy conditions; operators still review them before sending.

Inquiry records distinguish customer requests, our proposals and explicit confirmations. Reviewing a customer requirement does not turn it into our commitment. When printing color is specified without sidedness, the original requirement is retained for calculator-option review before pricing.
