Older unclassified sample correspondence remains available for review. A completion claim does not verify payment or establish a bulk order. Formal quotation records and PDF downloads are outside this release.
AI assesses production and payment independently, preserving reported production progress when payment is disputed. Unexplained differences between quoted totals and unit prices, or unresolved delivery timing, prompt an internal check. Counts of inspection records or other partial contents are not treated as the book’s total page count. Also fixed several known issues.
Sample fees are paid by the customer to us. Our fee quote, the customer’s payment statement, our receipt verification, and sample production stay separate. Conflicting payment statements remain pending review without clearing production progress. Operators can verify receipt in the review dialog after checking accounting records and entering the basis; ordinary fact confirmation does not verify receipt.
