The sidebar tabs are Current Inquiry, Customer Profile, Inquiry History, and AI Assistant. Current Inquiry remains the default. Next-step and existing advice links open the assistant at the relevant content. Execution history continues to open in a dialog.
The attention count includes tasks awaiting an answer or review, unresolved inquiry proposals, and issues requiring human intervention. Queued, running, and scheduled tasks do not increase the count. Refresh failures are shown explicitly instead of implying that all work is complete. AI reply drafts remain beside the email composer for review and editing.
