Operations assistant: hand a batch of inquiries to the assistant

Give the operations assistant a goal on the workbench. It assigns each inquiry to the inquiry assistant and reports, from business records, which drafts are ready to confirm and who still needs to supply what.

Give the workbench a one-off goal, such as “organize my overdue inquiries”, or set up ongoing follow-up and a daily summary. The assistant only handles inquiries you can access, preparing reviewed drafts or recording missing inputs. Results remain on the workbench with direct links to their drafts.

Customer replies, operator notes and completed inquiry runs wake the related goals. Pause, resume or cancel at any time. One-off goals keep the scope fixed at creation; later inquiries are not added automatically.

Summaries also retain existing drafts that are ready to use without assigning duplicate work. The workbench lists these reused results separately, with direct links to handle each inquiry. After a customer is reassigned or access is revoked, affected older summaries are hidden to protect information you can no longer access.

Each goal has a model-call limit and pauses with an explanation when it is reached. The assistant never sends emails or confirms prices, payment receipt or delivery dates for the operator. Complex inquiries may take several minutes; sending is confirmed in the original inquiry.
