Open an email or inquiry to see clearer message cards. Expanded and collapsed emails both retain a full border, making each exchange easier to identify while scrolling.
On wide screens, the expanded customer panel and inquiry sidebar gain more space. The central column retains enough reading room without shrinking the email text.
