Related bulk configurations, paper samples and packaging components appear under their product. Sources and specification versions remain independently traceable. Incomplete product links require review instead of automatic name matching.
This release reuses existing records. Sample fees, payment, production, shipping, photo/video confirmation and feedback each have their own evidence and status. Missing entries are shown as unrecorded. Older unclassified business records remain available; bulk order fields continue to use existing information. The Agent assesses stages from actual communication. It can skip or revisit stages, without manually enabling sampling or requiring a completed quotation first.
The top prioritizes supported progress, the next step and one line of latest activity, which opens the full timeline. Compact stage navigation leads directly to its content, with a separate sampling entry and version and copy controls on one row. Analysis status and historical judgments remain in timeline details. Stage navigation never changes recorded progress. The quoting view includes saved correspondence and an entry to the calculator, with direct source email previews.
The right sidebar unifies Current inquiry, Customer profile and Inquiry history. Switching tabs preserves edits and each panel’s scroll position. Profile fields use compact horizontal label/value rows, and inquiry email headings and message spacing are tighter. Ordinary mail retains regular reading and reply tools without inquiry or Agent panels. Agent execution records remain available through the execution history control.
The main navigation is Requirements → Quotation → Sampling → Bulk confirmation → Production and delivery. Receipt appears in the timeline with the first incoming message. Nodes open business content; evidence-backed assessments mark current progress, and clicking never changes it. Revised quotes can return to earlier stages while sample records and current edits are retained.
The collapsible left sidebar now brings together customer identity, email, owner, conversation status, mail type and the latest-message link. Star and mark unread are directly accessible; external communication, blocking and deletion stay under Other actions. Tag editing explicitly applies to the latest message, while a dropdown changes the current mail type and a switch sets the customer’s default for new conversations, with the scope shown inline. The queue and focused-reply entries have been removed. Previous, next and collapse controls stay at the bottom of the desktop sidebar. Users meeting the existing access conditions can open Growth directly from the top navigation.
The reading area focuses on the subject, correspondence and reply, with fewer repeated details and less unused horizontal space. Text navigation, blue underlined tabs, thin dividers and refined heading and field sizes unify the workspace. Customer and conversation details remain accessible when the rail is collapsed; mobile uses compact controls and drawers. Switching layouts preserves edits and reply drafts.
