The assistant uses customer emails, our replies, current specifications and approved knowledge to prepare quotation options, concise replies and next steps. Known information is filled in; missing pricing, sample or delivery details are grouped by business task for the operator.
Independent review checks saved specifications, original email and attachment evidence, and the reply. The assistant repairs specific issues and rechecks the affected content. Incomplete reviews or unresolved questions remain visible with the draft. Operator edits are preserved, and sending still requires human confirmation.
Open “AI assistant → Execution history” to inspect progress. Select a step with saved state to continue from that checkpoint and add a correction. Identical completed operations are reused; original records and draft versions remain available. Early log-only entries cannot be replayed from a checkpoint.
Knowledge is organized as industry references, company rules and historical cases, with sources, scope and validity. Reusable experience from emails may become knowledge drafts, which require human approval before use. Cases do not automatically become company policy; expired or disabled knowledge is excluded.
Complex inquiries may take several minutes. Model calls and reviews are capped, and recovery does not reset the budget. If processing cannot continue, existing work and the reason are retained. AI does not confirm prices, payment receipt, delivery dates or customer sending on the operator’s behalf.
